氫氧化鈣設(shè)備設(shè)備特點(diǎn)：

1、采用雙軸攪拌結(jié)構(gòu)，具有攪拌、粉碎結(jié)塊和自清理等多重功能。它獨(dú)特的葉片和攪拌方式，使生石灰與水混合均勻、反應(yīng)充分，對(duì)在反應(yīng)過程中產(chǎn)生的結(jié)塊起到破碎作用。

2、消化器進(jìn)料口設(shè)計(jì)有螺旋給料推進(jìn)器，方便物料輸送，為防止消化過程中產(chǎn)生的粉塵回流，本設(shè)備設(shè)有排蒸汽和粉塵的專用通口，可通過連接管道排到專用除塵系統(tǒng)，配合我公司的DMC型脈沖除塵Q器一起使用，能夠很好的處理生石灰在消化過程中產(chǎn)生的粉塵和有害氣體，使用后可達(dá)到廢棄揚(yáng)塵白灰再次利用，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)環(huán)境無(wú)粉塵污染，符合環(huán)保發(fā)展要求。
